We accept common electronic payment methods such as PayPal, Zelle, Venmo or bank wire or other agreed-upon options.

Because we do not process payments directly through this website, all payment arrangements are made privately through direct communication with the buyer via imperialwatches@gmail.com

All payments must be received in full before an order is processed or shipped.

5. Shipping and Delivery

We offer shipping within the United States and internationally. Shipping fees, delivery times, and available carriers will be disclosed during communication prior to purchase.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, shipping carriers, or other circumstances beyond our control. Risk of loss passes to the buyer upon confirmed shipment.

6. Returns and Refunds

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery if the item is unused, unworn, and in its original condition and packaging. The tag on the watch needs to remain on it for return. To request a return, contact us at imperialwatches@gmail.com before sending any item back.

Refunds will be issued once the item is received and inspected. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Items showing signs of wear, alteration, or damage will not be eligible for refund.

7. Authenticity Guarantee

All watches sold by Imperial Watches are guaranteed to be authentic. We do not sell replicas or counterfeit products. Documentation, if available, will be disclosed in the product description.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Imperial Watches shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our Site, products, or services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product in question.
