Thank you for shopping with Imperial Watches. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Because we sell high-value, pre-owned watches, we maintain a careful and transparent return and refund policy outlined below.Policy

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery, provided that the item is:

  • Unused and unworn by buyer

  • In its original condition and packaging

  • Returned with all accessories, documentation, and any included items

  • The “return tag” is not removed from the watch. Once the tag is removed, the watch can not be returned.

To request a return, please contact us at imperialwatches@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

2. Condition Requirements

All returned items are inspected upon arrival.

If the item shows signs of wear, alteration, or damage, or if any included accessories or packaging are missing, the return will be rejected, and the item will be sent back to you.

3. Refund Process

Once your return is received and approved, your refund will be issued through the same payment method originally used. Please allow 5–10 business days for processing after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Shipping costs (including the original shipping fee and return postage) are non-refundable.

4. Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Items marked final sale

  • Watches that have been used, resized, or altered after delivery

  • Any product damaged after delivery

  • Custom or special-order pieces

  • Tag was removed

5. Authenticity and “As-Is” Condition

All watches are sold as-is. Each piece is guaranteed to be authentic, as described.

Because our products are pre-owned, no manufacturer warranties are included unless otherwise stated in the product description.

6. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to purchase a different item, please initiate a return (if eligible) and place a new order separately.

7. Latent Defects

If, upon inspection, a watch is found to contain a latent defect or issue that was not disclosed at the time of sale—and which the seller could not have reasonably known about—any potential return, refund, or store credit will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Resolution will be determined only after a full assessment of the circumstances and condition of the item.
